MOON OVER NEW YORK CITY

LONG–EXPOSURE PHOTOGRAPHY

HUMAN–MADE

Long-Exposure Moon Photography Created on Medium-Format Film

Moon Over New York is an ongoing collection of long-exposure photographs capturing the Moon above New York City's skyline and landmarks. Rather than creating digital composites or time-lapse sequences, each image is made as a single analog exposure lasting up to several hours.

The Moon leaves luminous paths above the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan skyline, and other New York landmarks.
